Postpartum Weight Loss- Every Bit Counts

If you want to lose weight after baby, use every opportunity to move your body.  Park your car further away from the grocery store and walk, use the stairs instead of the elevator, carry small groceries instead of using the cart, do abdominal crunches while you watch TV, or leg lifts while you cook.  All the small things you do will add up!  The more you move your body, the more calories you burn and that equals weight loss!
