Postpartum Weight Loss: Zumba for Weight Loss

Zumba is one of my favorite workouts! It has so many benefits, including burning as many calories as jogging…400-600 calories in one hour (based on 160 lb. person), decreases stress, builds confidence, tones the abdominals, plus it’s a blast! If you’re not coordinated it may be overwhelming at first. Just focus on the footwork and don’t worry about your arms. After a few times you’ll start to catch on to the basic steps. Once you do it is so much fun that the time will past fast! You’ll love the results too.
