About Sara!

Hi, I’m Sara Holliday.  I’m a fitness expert specializing in women’s fitness, specifically prenatal and postantal exercise health and fitness.  I have been teaching fitness for 15 years.  I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), certified aerobic instructor, a certified personal trainer, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Holistic Health Practioner.  I have been on TV news shows such as , “It’s a Great Idea!”, KTLA, KUSI, and NBC, and my DVD’s have been featured in national magazines such as Ok!, Quick and Simple, Oxygen, Conceive, and Parent Baby.  My mission is to help millions of women be their optimal fitness in body, mind, and spirit.  I’m so pleased to bring helpful fitness and health ideas.  So please send me your questions…so I can help you as well as others with questions just like you!

  2. What you are experiencing is very common. The key is to listen to your body! Remember, you are creating a baby, so it’s very important that you nourish your body. If you are hungry, you should eat…but chose foods that are healthy and will nourish your baby! Also, it’s very important that you keep your body hydrated. Stay away from sodas and coffee (yes, even decaf) because soda is full of sugar, and coffee is a diuredic.
